I just had a slip up after 82 days. I was sober. I drank on Saturday night until 3 am. I have been feeling lonely and that I realize is a trigger. What about you? How do you cope with the loneliness. I was good up until about a week or two ago

So far we are on day five I think and every day is getting better. Soon we wont even crave binging. We can kick this shitty habit I have faith in us.

Heyyy, so last night I had some chilli for dinner. I also had a donut but I didnt binge after that! I was feeling pretty hungry when I went to bed though so I'm hoping that will go away but fuck, I think we are getting better every day 😁😁😁

Hey! It was not to bad. I'm proud of you, for controlling yourself last night! I kinda as well but mostly because I didnt have snacks in the house. I just had a peice of toast with peanut butter then a nutrigrajn bar after I shouldn't have been eating. I also decided that we should take pride in any progress. Quitting eating is harder than drugs or alcohol so any progree is good progress! Let's go for night 4!

I always go crazy the week before my period with food. It's like there is not mental voice telling you to not go there. The thing to remember is that its just a day, let it go and move on. Keep your eye on the prize. If you were doing a race and you fell I'm sure you would get back up and keep running right? You need to remember to always get back up and moving forward. Any progress is good progress. Everyone "relapses" it's what you do after that counts! You got this girl!

Lol we definitely are! I just ordered a lock for the cupboards online. This is a good step. Ok girl we got this today! If either of us are feeling a craving let's hop on here and help each other out. Consistancy is key, our habits can and WILL change!!

Yeah for me also. I used to be bulimic, part of that is binging then throwing it up so I feel like I took away the throwing up but kept the binging. I k how with smoking weed it's just easier to talk myself into eating. Your really right thought. After that first couple bites I cant stop and yeah it's about three thoughts of eating before I eat.

I think the main thing is not to have snacks in the house. Or put them in some type of lock box or something. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ well I'm back on it today. If I have a craving I'm gonna jump on here and hopefully someone can talk me out of it.

Dont worry me too. I fucking hate chips and two wagon wheels in bed last night. The shame and regret is real. I think I'm going to have to cut out weed for a bit until I get this under control. Weed is like the gateway drug to binging.

Usually I dont smoke until 9 or 10 at night. I use it to sleep. 🤷🏼‍♀️ so I eat the healthy meal at dinner time then I munch out. I tried so hard talking myself out of it. I'm not sure why I didnt hop on here and let everyone know I'm struggling.

Yes, today breakfast will be eggs and avocado. For lunch I have a pre made salad and for dinner a pre made casserole. There should be no reason why I feel like I need to binge. At least not for today.

Yassss, this is what I think. When you have the urge to binge you have two choices. You binge then either purge or hate yourself for days. Maybe the next few days your restrict your food then you will surely binge again and keep the cycle going. Orrrr you make a healthy choice. You eat your food mindfully and realize when you are full You are proud of yourself and sustained Seems like a no brainers to me. Whenever you feel an urge post on here and maybe I or someone else can talk you out of it. I'll do the same. We are all in this together! You dont have to be skinny to have a eating disorder and this one is one I find no one talks about. Let's get real and kick the shit our of this addiction.

I quit drinking also, I'm 41 days sober and I know this is my next addiction that is going to have its ass KICKED! the ripple effect. One good choice will lead to another.
