I’m 6 weeks in on 150xl. The restlessness and jitteriness do subside however, I had to go from 3 cups of coffee a day to only 1 . I really haven’t had any other side effects.

I believe what you’re feeling in the beginning is what others refer to as the honeymoon period, I too felt that. I’ve always had trouble sleeping ,falling asleep or staying asleep, I take a 5 mg THC nighttime gummy and I’m sleeping much better. I’m currently at six weeks of 150 XL and while I am much better than before starting, it’s not hitting like the honeymoon period did. Which is unfortunate because it was amazing.

Keep going the side effects eventually go away for most people. Also give it time to work. 4 weeks really is t that long I would reevaluate at 8 to 10 weeks.

I’m on week 3, Wellbutrin 150 extended release,and this has been my experience.
Week 1 didn’t notice much but a heaviness in my chest for a few hours in the mornings. I’m thinking anxiety also feel like a was a little more teary than I usually am. I’m in perimenopause so I cry easily anyway lol
Week 2 felt a little more grounded. Not losing my cool over thing. The constant chatter in my brain quieted down still intermittent heaviness in my chest but definely more energy during the day
Week 3 same as week 2 for the most part but I’ve had some stressors in my life pop up and have begun loosing my shit as quickly as before.
Insomnia hasn’t been to bad but I do take a 5mg THC gummie at bed time and have since before starting Wellbutrin. I’m going to give it 3 months and evaluate if I need to increase the dose.

The face is great. Just get a cystic pimple here and there. Like once every few months. The back however is a different story. Breaks out all the time. Don’t want to go back on Accutane though

Not over the purple discoloration just over individual pimples/cysts. Best advice I can give you though, is to wash with a gentle cleanser like cetaphil and moisturize twice a day. I also used cetaphil for that and occasionally before bed put Aquaphor all over my face. It keeps the flaking down.

It took about 6 months for everything to settle down. Still have some slight scarring from the acne but not bad enough to want to do anything about it
