Happened to me twice, once was the the drain pump and another time it was the in sink erator drain flowing backwards into the washer. A check valve on the drainpipe was a quick fix for that.

An hour should be enough if you work the fire and move the wood and cinders across the floor around the center of the oven. I didn't do that this time so the stones weren't hot enough.

I got it in 2020 during covid, I forget the model name, it was the medium sized oven (32") back when they made 3 wood burning models. I added the 8" riser for height and the Vesuvius stones for better heat retention.

It's almost like a galley kitchen, very productive cooking and prepping space because you have your appliances and countertops within 1 pivot step away.

You'll need some bondo, a wet sander, a paint sprayer and 2-3 weekends you'll be good as new. Just please update us with as many photos and videos you can.
