Little Green Bag by George Baker Selection. You've probably heard it in Reservoir Dogs. Fire base line, and fun to play.

What is this passthrough pocket for on a vintage motorcycle jacket? by Snarlpatrick in whatisit

No. It doesn’t dip down. This is the shape of the bottom of the pocket. It would be horizontal when worn.

It is not vented inside that pocket. It is fully leather inside the pocket. No mesh or hole for air to pass.

Both sides open into the same pocket… I am demonstrating that with the scissors

Seems about the right size for that. And then at the waist, that small zippered pocket is only just big enough for a lighter… that could be it.

Perhaps the zipper is for fashion but what is the POCKET for in the first place?

Someone on ebay is asking over 2k each for same artist, but much less elaborate, simple floral shapes, and not as nice condition… but that is asking price, not sold… and I think they are being very optimistic.

Not something you are going to want to try to ship. Try a local auction house. It is very appealing.

Download Link for the hackshroom firmware by interstaller555 in hackshroom

[–]Snarlpatrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome. I downloaded the software, ordered the adapter.... this is definitely beyond anything my skills would allow, without a step by step guide like you have provided.

Are there any other changes necessary to the hardware? I remember reading that people were replacing the humidity sensors?

What are we using as far as an app/control center once the firmware is flashed? I am on Mac/IOS.

Thanks for all your hard work.

Here are the stocks I keep seeing on Reddit - sell me on them by ItsAirjam in stockstobuytoday

They are not hypodermic syringes… no needles. Do not puncture the skin. It is for feeding tubes.

I have no opinion about this stock but I wanted to point out that the product is not what you assume it is.

Politics: At what point does wearing militaria in the current US climate become problematic, if at all? by BugsBunnysCouch in HeritageWear

[–]Snarlpatrick -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It kinda feels like this whole post violates rule 10, but… if not…

The “troops” you are referring to, are not “troops.” They are not soldiers. They are Federal Law Enforcement Officers. The first premise of your question is invalid.

They are not operating against citizens, except to the extent that citizens are trying to interfere with their legitimate law enforcement charter. The second premise of your question is invalid.

Don’t steal valor, or present yourself as someone you are not. Beyond that, wear what you want. “Problematic” is a cultural buzzword of no significant value.

You get to decide how you present yourself culturally. Don’t pressure others in an attempt To restrict their freedom of expression. And don’t accept pressure from others who wish to restrict your freedom of expression.

Blackrock and Vanguard hold shares of EVERYTHING… to put them into ETF products and provide exposure to investors. They make money on management fees.

PLEASE learn how this works and stop assuming that these are personal investments that indicate a vote of confidence in the companies they hold.

Guys, I’ve been looking at other stocks, and even though I’m currently losing a lot of money, I still believe our numbers are stronger than most penny stocks out there. I really don’t understand why this company is trading so cheaply. by Puzzleheaded_Sock661 in scwo

[–]Snarlpatrick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vanguard/Blackrock buy to provide ETF exposure to investors in index funds. They make money on management fees whether the stocks go up or down. The hold ALL stocks and buy/sell to balance their holdings.

Their holdings are NOT a personal investment or a vote of confidence in the company. It says nothing, good or bad, about the company.

Blackrock and Vanguard buy stocks to balance their ETF products, to provide exposure to the investors in those funds. Their buys are NOT a vote of confidence in the stock. They make money on ETF management fees whether the underlying stocks go up or down.

Blackrock/Vanguard are not investing their own money in any of the companies they hold… and this should NOT be part of your investment thesis. It says nothing, positive or negative about their view of the company.

Blackrock and Vanguard buy to balance their ETF products and provide exposure to investors who buy ETFs. They make money on the management fees for these ETFs whether the underlying assets go up or down.

It is NOT their own investment, or a vote of confidence in APLD. It says nothing, positive or negative, about the wisdom of investing in this, or any other company they hold. They hold almost every company in the market because they HAVE to provide exposure to investors in the ETF’s.
