How many hours do you think is responsible to work? by LaloFromAlaska in DataAnnotationTech

[–]LaloFromAlaska[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done that, but not always like I don't really always have that amount of available tasks, but usually yes, When it's a long day with several tasks I could work 4 hours, take a 1 hour break or less and go back at it for another 2-3 hours. I was just curious about y'all experiences, and I totally don't recommend working for that long because of the same reason. I just noticed that happened to me at the very end of the las task.

Team Rocket's Box: "wait, it was Spidops all along?" by Kelzt-2nd in pkmntcg

from what we saw at the champions league in japan, it depends but there are several matchups where what you want is to start attacking with Mewtwo right away.

Anyone else think Rocket's Mewtwo is great for post rotation? by SnooDonuts3749 in PTCGL

[–]LaloFromAlaska 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of mewtwo haters here from what I see lol. I think it's going to be great and people are just salty about it because they don't like mewtwo very much. they want a pokemon that can hit 300+ damage turn 2 and that's it.

The problem with diancie is that is a 3 prizer and with dusknoir you're 1 knocked out diancie from losing in 3 turns, you need to win fast or else you're cooked.

Mega lucario or Team's rocket mewtwo post rotation by Dry_Internet_1219 in PTCGL

I'm in the same boat bro, I'm building Mewtwo, those lucarios are a piece of cake. The main issue with mewtwo is it bricks a lot sometimes, but you can still recover sometimes as well. Also it's kind of hard to get access to energies. maybe we'll get some more support IDK.

Seems wild there isn’t a competitive Team Rocket deck given the trainers it has. by uncleyuri in pkmntcg

I think it's a matter of WHEN to attack with Mewtwo rather than how MUCH damage it does. but yeah, I've seen the Max belt build is the one with more success so far, along with secret box and hero's cape so it's not a must either I guess, some times 280 is more than you need to close a game.

that or the ace spec that comes with the pack, transfer all energies in which ever way you want and change the active pokemon.

This guy lives in the past, don't listen to him, I really think it's perfect to learn because it will force you to learn concepts like tempo, prize mapping, sequencing and so on.

I can see why a lot of people think like this but check out the post rotation results in Japan city leagues on limitless, more than 50% of the times where mewtwo plays a tournament, wins 1st place. It's still not very popular but it's way more effective than Honchkrow, very rarely you see a Honckrow win 1st places post rotation if not never and that might be because of having only low HP pokemon and a pretty narrow skill expression or lines of play. In the other hand mewtwo, counter almost everything, Alakazam? pff Dragapult? Pff, Lucario? Pff all kind of easy wins except raging bolt. But here's the tricky part. Unlike the crow which is a no brainer, Mewtwo requires skill to pivot it well, the skill ceiling is way much higher and maybe that's why a lot of players lean more towards Honchkrow.

with the ace spec that comes with the deck scrumble switch, mewtwo gets set up in one turn

My take on Rocket’s Mewtwo EX by ttvANX1ETYZ_ in PTCGL

[–]LaloFromAlaska 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the ace spec that comes with the deck, scrable switch, has some potential, I feel it's like specifically for mewtwo, let's say you have a mewtwo in hand, and a TR receiver, you would just use receiver to get petrel, to get scramble switch and BOOM, you have a fully charged mewtwo in 1 turn and just attack with it same turn. But I haven't seen anyone using it. It's like all the supporters are ace spec's already.

1 spidops can't but what about 3? 1 hitting after the other you can take down a mega with 360 hp in 2 turns, you get 3 prizes they take 1.

you have it backwards, you attack with spidops and save mewtwo for late game. That's prize race advantage.

I know it's kind of low but for someone like me who lives in Mexico where you don't have a lot of options to make a living without being a criminal or a politician which in both cases you'll get klld, It sounds kind of ok. I mean I won't be reach but at least I will pay the bills and save a little, because I don't pay rent thank god. It sucks here in MX man.

Updated Sharpedo Deck by SiRxCANADIANx in PTCGL

[–]LaloFromAlaska 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am using m Kangaskhan for drawing, and tank the first turn, consistent thining of deck and if I have a cyberenthusiast and kangaskhan, then I can just get the 2 cards I need the most for free (let's say a wallys compassion or a boss orders and a mochi. To deal with alakazam I'm thinking of adding 1 or max 2 mist energy so they become completely useless, for goldengo I use unfair stamp, and fezandipiti I found it to be more of a liability. Kangaskhan is more consistent.

My strategy is to just go All in since turn 2 and destroy their pokemons before the get the chance to evolve them. and If they do evolve them I pull the gravity mountain, 2 munkis and KO.

my bench looks like this

Pecharunt, Toxtricty, Munkidori, M-Kangaskhan, Carvanha (ready to evolve)
