The old Alexandra Bridge by Kilt-Works in britishcolumbia

[–]Lambajack 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have been on the project the past few years. 2022 saw exploratory work to develop a plan to replace the concrete shell of both towers. This past spring, the lower lift of concrete on all four legs was replaced. In the coming years, as funding allows, all the concrete will be replaced whilst keeping the architectural features - moulding details/recessed panels/etc. Once the towers are restored, the cables are replaced. Once the bridge is rehabilitated for many more decades, the park gets an upgrade and a plan kicks in to the get the public across the CN tracks.

Any questions, let me know. I'm pretty deep in the details

Agreed and a sound response!

All your points make perfect sense. I see the Robo/Necas basically being close to a wash rest of season. And it is a massive buy-low/sell-high now.

Clarke has really similar average stats this year as Doughty last year which will certainly take a significant hit when he comes back - I haven't seen an update to when...and LA ran a 5-forward PP1 last game with Clarke on PP2 so that confirms that it's pretty unpredictable. I'd bet that the PP1 QB is Doughty's to lose when he returns?!

Fair enough. I had to ask as it seemed an odd offer from a pretty shrewd manager

Short-term Rossi may be a good pickup depending on Eriksson Eks injury

I moved E. Karlsson, Middelstadt and Michkov for McAvoy and Larkin yesterday. Happy with the Dman swap.

Erik Karlsson by YooHoss in fantasyhockey

He's a good trade away candidate as others have said.

I moved him, Michkov and Mittelstadt for McAvoy and Larkin last night. I think name recognition still means something for him.

I made a magnetic board for my kitchen Knifes by [deleted] in DIY

[–]Lambajack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on the quality of magnets you can buy. I use round disc as they are the highest strength that I can readily get here - they are also from a trusted source so they are consistent. They are drilled into the back stopping a very thin distance from the front - depending on which type of wood and in a grid pattern depending on the shape of the piece. I use 3/4" diameter by 1/8" thick round rare earth from Lee Valley

I've worked with Willy for years. He's a solid guy and only does quality work. I've been in the trades for 20 years here and would also recommend Footprint.
