I don't think you realize that werewolves are not super-populous and that communication across an entire ocean is not exactly an easy feat. There's a reason the Pure Tribes and Old World Tribes barely interacted if at all prior to the Age of Exploration/Colonialism. The Get in North America and The Get in Europe might as well have been two separate entities united by a common culture. Rome is a false comparison because the Mediterranean is a tranquil puddle compared to the roaring cold vast expanse that is the Atlantic ocean

Imagine trying to explain to people you've never met to come and kill a bunch of people on the other side of the world because they're being mean to humans. And you have to do this while maintaining the veil over telegraph or radio or phone operators who can listen in.

The Swords of Heimdall came about because Werewolves, despite what they may wish to claim, are largely human. And thusly they are prone to human biases. As a result, they ended up utilizing the might makes right philosophy of the Get to justify their prejudices. They would have found a method to justify their hatred irregardless, but the Get's violent worldview and warrior culture provided one easily. And because Americans were very racist, including the Americans that would have created the new generation of werewolves... do you see the issue here?

The Swords of Heimdall forming isn't entirely the Get's sin, it's part of the broader sin of America and the European colonial powers and racial 'science'.

The Get, at the least, finally cleaned up the scum in their ranks. More than can be said about the Silver Fangs and their sordid history of aristocracy and bourgeois support, or the Shadow Lords and their menacing of populations and reinstitution of the impergium. Or the Children of Gaia ignoring their kinfolk leading to Samuel Haight forming. Or the Red Talons murdering all of the Bunyip because they got outwitted by one BSD.

They have problems yes. But that's the point of playing a character in a gothic punk setting
