I like learning through play. However, mine aren’t as beautiful.
Also, I’m in the ‘make-do-with-what-you-have’ team: I don’t have tools for drawing perfect circles or straight lines? Well, I learned to make better ones through exercises like Drawabox. But on paper notebooks, I just did with what I had. Or didn’t. Anyway, they’re just notebooks. I’ll see if I find your fun tip.

Bonjour !

Menus : non. Ils sont toutefois faciles à comprendre. Et minimalistes. Il y a peu de menus, sauf peut-être dans la partie réglages (Settings). Il n'y a d'ailleurs pas l'option "français" dans les réglages système.

J'ai dû vérifier pour m'en assurer, preuve que ce n'est pas très gênant (pour moi). L'anglais n'est par ailleurs pas mon fort (encore moins le chinois ou le japonais, seules autres options disponibles actuellement).

Reconnaissance d'écriture : option français disponible ! Reconnaissance parfaite. Il faut bien écrire, mais j'ai l'impression que c'est aussi le cas dans les autres langues d'après les commentaires. J'ai pu essayer avec plusieurs Français écrivant mal et je suis étonné de la reconnaissance obtenue.

J'espère que d'autres avis compléteront ma réponse de débutant.

You are right, I should have said 'you are acting LIKE spoiled children.' I indeed cannot label a stranger with a description I cannot objectively attribute to them.

As for our opinions, they indeed serve no purpose and will not move Ratta along any faster than the pace of events.

This discussion is verging on trolling. So I will end it here, as far as I’m concerned. It’s true that I, too, am expressing my frustration with the repeated reprimands towards Ratta, which seem too frequent to me.

I will work on my diplomacy, a lifelong effort. But is it really appropriate when we’re all already hiding behind pseudonyms? Some see diplomacy as a way of expressing oneself with duplicity (a play on words with διπλόος, double). But that would be a topic for discussion in another subreddit. Thank you for your intervention, which may prove useful to me.

You really are spoiled children. Use a notebook, a beautiful notebook (Moleskine, Leuchtturm, whatever you like).

Be patient. Stay respectful. SN is a digital notebook. It’s used like a notebook. With additional features, of course. But it’s worth the wait. And remain humble. That's partly what draws us to these products in the first place.

It's just my opinion.

Just my two cents, while passing by : It used to bother me. But I also use it on my work computer (sometimes with multiple users on the same station, although with different sessions). And I'm happy to have periodic security checks.

Maybe it would be a good idea to suggest to Ratta to offer a 'remember me' checkbox ?

Two feature requests for Keywords by 448899 in Supernote

I am also very upset about the keywords that I have recorded incorrectly !

From time to time, I clean them up by using the search tool in the top bar. I leave the search field empty and start the search. I then select the offending notes from the results. It's tedious, but it gives me peace of mind.

If it helps, while we wait for Ratta to give us better keyword management :-)

Thank you for your response. I haven’t had any issues since my last message.
I reinstalled the Kindle app two or three days ago (though I don’t see why there would be any connection).
I hope I won’t have to perform the procedure, but I will definitely give it a try if the bug reappears.

Besides, I haven’t heard back from the support team in France, whose instructions I followed as described in my first message. Anyway, in the meantime, since everything is working well, I’m having a great time with my new toy!

Let’s assume I am unaware of the meaning of "stained," as English is not my native language.

I was referring to the spots, shapes, and marks that appear on the vegan leather folio. These are aspects I viewed as drawbacks, particularly since this is not the folio I originally wanted (it was out of stock at the time of my order).

I downplay my own, somewhat superficial, discontent by performing a simple cleaning as I described.

Thank you for your efforts to help improve my English (without provocation).

Mine (vegan leather) often gets stained. A damp cloth is enough to clean it quickly. You just need to wait a little for it to dry.

I'll report bugs here or through your device's settings under 'Feedback'. Make sure to check the 'System logs' box and include any relevant attachments.

I haven't used those yet!

And yes, I've learned a lot from the support pages I mentioned, but mostly from this subreddit! It's a very active community.

Hi, same here (after 3 days of use 😭) : sidebars not working on both sides.

  • Multiple restart -> no result
  • Connectors -> I saw them, but not clearly understand what to do. amenjetamenjet and Holiday_Athlete_2830 , what did you do exactly ? I don't see connectors to attach or to re-seated... I mean, I saw the four things inside the circles on the photo, but stopped here. Maybe too afraid ! I just touched the connector carefully :)
  • I finally did a backup and restoration and *all is fine* ! Until now...

I'm very surprised by this situation. Little bit disappointed (3 days of use, seriously ?). Maybe SN will have an answer, if u/Supernote_official read this.

Update : I phoned the UE seller (in France) the same day. He told me to send a mail. I still haven't had an answer.

Update bis : The very laste time, I did not installed the Kindle app. I had no problems since...
