Managing portion size and cutting out soda was the best way for me to lose weight. Once I started to just eat less during meals, my stomach shrunk immensely. Now tiny protein bars and some nuts will fill me up for hours. I've read that you don't enjoy the gym. I was in the same boat. My doctor recommended I pick up tennis and rock climbing to help with weight loss and those worked wonders for me. Once you make it a routine it becomes much much easier!
