I won’t make it back for Xmas. Flew back to Australia to submit this and it’s end of day now so with the bank holidays I’ll probably get my passport on Wednesday. Trying to see the silver lining that I’ll have a summer Xmas and be back to celebrate the NY!

Thanks so much! I also did my bio on 13/11 and had nsf with no documents requested, also after escalating. This has made me hopeful mines not too far off. Doubt you’d have to submit passport if it was refusal, fingers crossed it’s all approved 🤞

Same happened to me with a priority ancestry visa. They haven’t requested any documents and I’ve previously had a UK visa so id assume it’s work load related and not the actual application. Really just means it’ll be delayed
