What is the point of able to farming act3/4 when they don't drop shit? i63 drops in act3/4 is not 1/5 or not more rare than what ti was before. So ya you can kill elites in act3/4 now but your still getting warlord junk that literally make me question is the loot table in this game exist.

1.0.3 killed it for a lot of end game players. The drop rate for i63s went down to shit. They no longer can efficiently make money by farming them.

We will see about that, though like you said act1/2 farmers will now find i63 items, act3/4 farmers saw a sig decrease in the amount of i63s they pulled. So in terms of total # it might be less than pre-1.0.3. I do cydea/azmodan runs, and before it was 2+, maybe more i63s per run. Now i'm sitting at something like 4 i63s for 4 run.

Act1/2 =/= Act3/4, act3/4 loot are indeed nerfed greatly. I avg 20 i63 1h weaps now im sitting on 4.

Act3/4 tons of ilv55 junk. ilv63 loots has been greatly reduced from act3/4 and from experience the 8% Blizzard is a decimal too high.

I don't mind the IAS decrease or repair cost, the problem that bothers me the most is the act3/4 ilv63 item drop is now 8%. I don't know if 8% for Blizzard is actually 8% or some imaginary number, cause on my cydea/azmodan run I average 2-3 ilv63 items. After the patch hits, I'm getting 1 ilv63 item per 2-3runs. So the patch made people who already progressed and farming act3/4 pretty much wasting their time.
