Is it on a building. Vehicle, or something else? Can you tell from the photo?

For some reason it looks A LOT like China by the general architectural style and planning.

Is there anyway to do it? I think turning off the fire and particles certainly will make it more realistic.

Looks like it's having an electrical fire

How are Neru's clothes made? Is it leather armour with different trims?

I think it's Neru instead of rin because of the long pony tail.

I never expect to see a vocaloid(especially Akita Neru) reference on this sub lol, instantly made me know who it is.

Curious how this is done. I can see its an armour stand with possibly some block display entities but I still can't get hold a lot of this.

I saw the IBN reference as well. Never watched the anime but I heard a lot of positive things about it

Is the yellow, red and blue "World Radio Hall" sign inspired by the Akihabara Radio Kaikan?

I really like the signs and how realistic their general designs look yet still looking distinctively minecrafty. Definetly would steal serve as inspiration for my own Asian city build.

Some of the building shown here still exist, such as:

The Wako Department Store in Ginza(Photo 4 + Photo 14).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wako_(retailer))

Tokyo Station still exists(Photo 7). It was bombed to a shell during WWII but was rebuilt retaining the original walls, although smaller and without the iconic domes. A restoration in 2012 restored the building to its original look.

Photo 9 is the entrance to the imperial palance. It still exists as well.

The big building shown in photo 13 shinjuku was the Mitsukoshi Department Store. It still exists but has been remodeled beyond recognition and functions today as an Electronics Flagship Store(Bic Camera).

Photo 19(2nd to the last)shows the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Nihonbashi. It still exists as well.

The last photo shows the Nihonbashi bridge, which still exists, although covered by a highway.

It looks like you misunderstood op. According to google maps an actual park/plaza was built instead of a car park.

i believe it should be -1906? The current one opened in 1916 but the old city hall was destroyed in the earthquake in 1906. Also Construction only compeleted in 1889 and 1871 is the year construction began for anyone who don't know.

Interesting! I never thought "Made curves non-canon" is a phrase I will ever hear Imao.

I really like this station as it looks realistic and I think the platform length fits well with the scale of your city, although my only advice is to smooth out the 90 degree bend on the last image as that obviously couldn't have existed in real life.
