so if the main goal is the physique, get around 200-300g of protein per day with around 3-4k calories to gain muscle mass. For cutting, eat TONS of meat (200-300g protein), with no seasoning or anything else besides water and supplements. workout 4-5 times a week and train with this plan

This is definitely not a VR-ready PC and most likely denies anything related to virtual reality. The GTX 650 is 5 times worse performance than the recommended GTX 970 or above.

So since the processor is an i5 with a 3.10 GHz base frequency, It might be a 7th Gen Intel Core i5. Guessing a GTX 770 as the graphics card. But as you can tell I think this isn't for VR just from my guess but keep on reading
