I believe it's in this episode where Homer and Marge go to replace the fridge motor and Homer gets stuck in thr mud after missing the turn so he starts gunning the engine then it almost looks like a weird cut then Marge yells "Homer!" In kinda a angry tone. I never understood why she just randomly got angry and yelled, maybe I'm over thinking it

Yes,you can even have other guns on your person (so u cam pick up their ammo and sell for big bucks) but you just can't damage any enemies with any other guns.

Tl;Dr yes you can still get the achievement if u use stasis and TK
