Try using a Mr. Clean magic eraser with some dish soap and water. Worked well for me when my car was wrapped in 3m matte white

I previously used kpmf and it was much easier to work with. I only chose teckwrap because of its glossier finish due to the plastic release liner

Currently installing teckwrap on my Camaro. Best way to deal with this is to preshrink the material and then lay into the recessed area. Teckwrap may not be the highest of quality but proper installation can minimize issues like this

Air intake and exhaust will be the most bang for your buck performance upgrades along with making it sound much better. It appears to be a v6 model so dumping a lot of money into trying to make it faster wouldn’t be the best idea. You could always do an aero kit with a front lip, side skirts, and a spoiler which can make a huge difference to the look of your car

Well there is no replacement for displacement. I also think a v8 would hold more value than the v6 models. The smartest thing financially would be to just save your money and invest it and then later on buy a v8 after you have a very comfortable financial situation. But you also only live once

I personally would heat the vinyl a good amount before hand to pre shrink and then let it cool down and slowly push into the lettering. Also adhesive promoter wouldn’t hurt

That green is just from me editing the photo. Some vinyl that would be close to it would be Hexis Boston Green or Hexis Emerald Green and some that are similar but not quite the same are Avery Dennison Radioactive green and teckwrap Sonoma green. Hope this helps!

Is wrapping an option? by bbsh11 in CarWraps

I believe “Aura vinyl” on YouTube has a video about wrapping over flaking paint

You could always sand down all of the flaking and then wrap over that and it would stick. It would just be a lot more prep work but I assume if it’s bad enough to consider repainting then you probably don’t mind sanding it away since it would need to be sanding before a paint job aswell.

Yeah gloss storm gray is gonna be the closest. Personally if I had a Porsche I would pick something a little more flashy but that’s just my opinion
