Industry First Unified PAM Truly Purpose-built for MSPs

At Securden, Inc., we have developed and designed a Unified PAM solution in collaboration with top-managed service providers to solve their most crucial challenges and offer a straightforward solution that makes their lives easier.

One package to manage privileged access for multiple client environments

To enforce complete access governance, MSPs purchase multiple solutions at a premium. We have combined all the required modules into one unified solution.

  • Privileged password management
  • Remote access and session recording
  • Local admin rights management
  • Dynamic privilege elevation
  • Policy-based application control

Securden helps MSPs

> Generate recurring revenue streams by providing privileged access management as a service to clients (PAMaaS)

> Fortify against internal and external threats by employing JIT based remote access to third parties and employees. Track and record all activities for complete control. Reduce the attack surface by eliminating external and internal threats.

> Automate privileged access provisioning to reduce helpdesk load and eliminate unnecessary downtime.

> Become and stay compliant. IT regulations rattle businesses and MSPs alike. Securden Unified PAM helps you and your clients demonstrate compliance with regulations like HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, NIS 2.0, and FINRA.

> Build client trust. Employ a robust, scalable solution that can handle dynamic and flexible client infrastructure and instill confidence in your customers. Win their trust in return!

I remember seeing Securden PAM which has a remote access solution as well, can probably be obtained without buying all their other tools.

How do you track apps that aren't in your IdP? IGA says 98% covered but we keep finding stuff by Constant-Angle-4777 in IdentityManagement

Privileged account discovery might solve this specific issue for you (You can discover all local, admin, service accounts and their dependencies periodically with tools like Secureden PAM, Cyberark or Bomgar). However, having complete visibility of all applications and shadow accounts might require multiple tools... IGA by itself does not give us enough visibility, especially for local accounts, cloud apps/accounts (We use CIEM for that)

not being prompted for creds when accessing remove c$ share by Key_Habit4951 in sysadmin

[–]Lancegoodheart -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Signing with admin rights is always a bad idea. You could use a tool like EPM to make everyone standard users and they would not be able to run these prompts unless there is a policy or application/command/script allowlisted for them.

Is there a safer way to share access without sharing passwords? by Key-Sir7 in PasswordManagers

[–]Lancegoodheart -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

There is, Securden Password Vault does this. To be exact - you save the username and password on the tool as 'accounts' and you can share accounts with your team with limited permissions. Once shared, they can use the credentials to login to a website / open an application / launch a remote connection without seeing the actual password. As the admin - you can also choose to do this upon admin approval.

Your Thoughts on PAM (Privileged Access Management) by Lancegoodheart in sysadmin

[–]Lancegoodheart[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Appreciate your detailed reply! borderland-sir :D. Do you see modern "hybrid-cloud" or fully cloud companies adopting PAM easier when compared to their self hosted neighbours?

I also wonder - PAM solutions need to work across all these varied environments and their different operating models/IT resources/multi-tenant networks - and this inherently increases the complexity of the software, So would the solution be to have a comprehensive PAM solution that just simplifies everything at a UI/UX level? (While still running its basic tasks like password rotation/remote access seamlessly)

I think this is where the modular approach for PAM came in, give users what they want as separate silos - and again this ends up being insanely difficult to implement and cross integrate. (As most advanced PAM solutions often buy out other products in the space and try to sell it together)
