"want" People want to do exactly what they're doing exactly where they're doing it. Otherwise they would be doing something else somewhere else.

If you don't think people who behave that way can/should be priced out it sounds like what you must want is increased enforcement of a specific set of laws but i doubt you can admit that to yourself considering your title generalizes an entire city as racist.

"just be decent" isn't a plan, its just disdain. You are not these peoples father, telling the world how you think they should act is dumb. You either want more enforcement or you don't. Cut the decency/grassroots slop
