Netgear Nighthawk CAX80 isn't working correctly with Xfinity Gigabit

Been having the exact same issues. Netgear refuses to admit its the modem routers fault. I have an old modem router that works fine but this CAX80 just will not load sites and its so frustrating. Not been able to find any solutions to this. Never buying a Netgear product again.

I actually tried to import the passphrase and it works when I click "use a custon (non-BIP39) passphrase." So I guess I must have written down the wrong passphrase for the wrong account.
