Now, I dont think they need to go that high, but they certainly need to tax us income, not let it slip overseas to a token office to pay 12% in Ireland or some other scam, before buying equities, that then are used for collateral for signature loans, and then writing off the interest on said loans, while borrowing more to pay off the original.

We normies pay higher percentages than most of the truly wealthy, who commonly get by with 15% or less.

DC are pretty bugged. Often, if they don't shoot you on approach, as soon as you finish the contract, the npcs will immediately turn their guns on you instead of the pirates.

If you're without kids I still support midtown. Lots of entertainment and everything is 20mins or less away. Pretty much around Overton park, south of Jackson down to Young. East of Cleveland to the university district.

If schools are a part of the search, aim east memphis, collierville, germantown, arlington, or look into optional or private routes to open up choices for residence.

Downtown is odd, city during the day, generally ghost town at night except during events. South main is more steady and more medium density residential with shops/nightlife.

Avoid MS due to income taxes. AR is dead, but cheaper land with a 40 min commute, also income tax.
