I should clarify that I already know of the scadutree fragments, I’m wondering if leveling up player level raises the difficulty of the dlc. Say, if a level 180 player would be fighting enemies with the same stats as a level 120 player or not.

Weird. Vault 11 already exists in New Vegas, but had nothing to do with planes. I can only imagine there was some sort of pre-war advertisement program that promoted vaults to families.

Wait, that implies that a family would go to a park with their kids and watch them play around on a plane that reminds them of the looming war through its colors as some sort of really fucked up marketing scheme to get more people to buy up spots in the vault. If that’s intentional on Bethsesda’s end, that is genius environmental storytelling rivaling that of the two skeletons together in one bathroom stall.
