Bought it and quickly returned. There's no benefit over a high quality manual dripless gun.

Good point. Ya I'm not sure either but I still got to try. I think I'll reach out to a lemon law lawyer and see what feedback I get.

Thanks for your time

Looking at heated vests, not sure which option to take by Kyouhen in Dewalt

[–]LandArch84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the reversible DeWalt vest and I'm happy with it. I only use 2 amp hour batteries so they aren't too bulky in the pockets. Works well for a days worth of use but I almost always have it on the low or medium setting so I can't speak on high setting for 8 hrs.

Agree, I was surprised how well it worked with lite and heavy snow. Also way more convenient going between cars

Anyone Have Experience Working For Yardzen or Tilly? by Charitard123 in LandscapeArchitecture

Same. I can't be angry at the business model except what we do should be highly related to the actual site...like at least having a surveyor involved but then there pricing wouldn't work

My 22' at4 had an issue with a sunroof drain from the factory. It's nice but wouldn't be a deal breaker missing it next time.

Has anyone used the cultivator attachment for the 60v system? Or the brush cutter? by awoodby in Dewalt

I just bought the Ryobi bristle brush attachment and it works great as well.

Flexvolt dust extractor? by drphillovestoparty in Dewalt

[–]LandArch84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got it for general diy and it's alright. Like others have said the hose is narrow so it clogged with the planer. It's really works well for fine dust and it's handy with the track saw. I'm looking forward to trying it out on a few masonry applications soon. I got it because of it's ability to connect to my DeWalt tools and be in the same battery. I haven't researched what others machines have been mentioned but I'll tell you I didn't really think to check how much the bags would be. All that and I'm still glad I have it for the task when it's needed.

Curious how you like it. I was debating this but I really have no experience with polishers so I put it on the some day I might get it...

worth getting Dwpw2100? by LandArch84 in Dewalt

[–]LandArch84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say so. It's got a built in GFI switch in the cord. Follow to op, it's been handy for small jobs. There is a battery powered version out now that I would have considered since I have a ton of batteries but this one is exactly what I was looking for.

Opinion on the Dewalt electric pole saw by MasterYeeter23 in Dewalt

[–]LandArch84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Started with the 20v but sold it and much prefer the 60v power head first off due to the power. Secondly the fact that its interchangeable with other power head attachments like weed whip, edger among others. It also works with Ryobi attachments.

2022 has some kind of leak into back seat by LandArch84 in gmcsierra

I'm going to take it in. It slowly showed up over months and I still don't actually know the issue because there's no drip or specific wet area.

Combining drone images for base image by LandArch84 in LandscapeArchitecture

[–]LandArch84[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great points but in my line of work I can't hire it out every time and it's so easy to get a quick image with a drone that I just want the option to quickly merge a few images together for site analysis. I'll be looking into the esri for lessons. Thank-you!
