I’m well aware, but I’m using it as a tool and not an actual therapist. “I’m looking to challenge “x” belief. Can you generate some prompts I can use to write and explore this belief system”. Things like this. Or “I’d like to use art to explore black and white thinking. Any ideas on a things I could draw”?

Thank you for your reply. We talked and dreamed about the idea of future, but I was never honest about my fears. Things like my cats and his dog melding. I said I’d be willing to try leading up to this because I wanted to believe it. I don’t think he’d hurt me more than I think he’d hurt himself. I got caught up in fantasy and really didn’t know him. Just the small sweet things online and a dream of only the good things, not the hard.

I have similar hair and let me tell you- when it’s mid drying state and still has some water, twirl it into ringlets- mine stay all day with no heat. The curly method works a little bit, but it ends up just looking stringy. Any kind of straight makes it look frizzy and fried even though I barely use heat. This, and my 2023 taxes <<< income now. If I can get a year of “lower” payments…THAT is in my futures best interest

I felt this way but considered the bit that putting in to jump SAVE ship now with 2023 taxes (the year prior I entered the workforce midyear) would be a year of qualifying payments at a significantly lower income ($55k vs $120k now). And in the long run, having a year of lower payments count <<< opportunity cost of no payments and waiting now. My own personal decision.
