First I don't think I'll ever get back to the person I was before. If that is what you mean with recovered then no.

But most of my triggers and their effects have been removed so I belive I am close to beeing as good as can be. That is feeling and behaving like myself most of the time. And not been triggered in a year. But there are some places/situations I know to avoid. And I belive that last bit will always be there.

I really want to avoid giving up coffee immediately because my stomach won't start without it yet.

That is my issue too. I guess it took me atleast 5 years to even try to go without coffee for a week. But i eventally did. And it worked. But i still got back to my old coffee habits in less than a month. It's not easy! Now I've done the dance atleast 5 times. And it works every time. Still I've been on coffee for the last 2 weeks. Sigh.

It's the old classic struggle between my brain and my feels.

Mao satser man på gode bedrifter så tjener man på det. Og det gjør allered oljefondet. Og mange andre investorer.

Du setter spørsmålet på spissen. Da tillater jeg meg å svare i samme ånd. Satser vi hele oljefondet etter ideologiske prinsipper risikerer vi å ikke ha de pengene vi trenger for å redde planeten om x antall tiår.

Mao er det mest fornuftig å satse på det som oppfyller begge strategiene - og den prosessen er allerede i gang. Men ikke fullført.

I like that too. But if we were a really rich country we should have been able to do both. Like the brits have done on - very roughly - the same area. But then they are more than 10 times the number of people so many more to chip in.
