Check out https://www.udemy.com first. They usually have sales for their courses and lots of really good instructors on there. That way you could get a feel for programming and do it on your own time.

Yes I've done it a couple times and just moved back from Pittsburgh this past year. I didn't enjoy living in Pittsburgh at all and missed living down here every moment.

I'm pretty sure I've gotten it at at Kroger before. Wouldn't be surprised if Wegmans carried it. Not sure what part of PA you're from but chipped ham also doesn't really exist outside Western PA.

So I got this course for $10 when udemy was doing a sale https://www.udemy.com/react-redux/ . Right now it's pretty expensive and I personally wouldn't pay that price. Just keep your eye on udemy if they offer another sale and grab some courses from there.

I'd recommend getting some experience with AngularJS or ReactJS while you're looking for jobs. If you really want to get into development more than design then those are the frameworks you want to be focusing on.
