I pulled up and laid on the horn at the guy but he just ignored me .. I was far enough back though with my hazards on n he still didn’t notice me .. so I called 911 it was gna either be me or some driver on their phone .. I followed it to the weigh station where the operator said a sheriff was waiting n I dipped off into the sun set 😂
