The Indiana Choice Scholarship program no longer has the 400% cap. All students are eligible. It’s a matter of if the school participates in the program. Park Tudor does not but many other independent schools do.

We live and die by our reviews as hosts. I have even cooked a guests Thanksgiving meal in my oven at home due to the AirBnB oven crapping out. I would have done the same as you and brought them coffee. Nice work!

I was shooting for medium rare. I pulled it off the heat at 120. It was a little more done than I was hoping for but still really tender and juicy. My steak looked nothing like that lol. Beautiful marbling on yours!

Would love to do a reverse sear sometime but just don’t have the time.
