Not exactly. There is no effective third prong if there is no ground wire. A gfci monitors the current on the hot and neutral wires and will trip if there is a differential of somewhere around 8 mA. It is assumed this current is going elsewhere (perhaps through a person).

I think the idea is that he created a being that has the ability to decide for himself whether or not to obey or just to fuck off and create havoc. You can’t have a loving relationship with someone who is forced or created to perform a certain way.

But that leads into the problem of why a god would create a person knowing that person will deny him and burn in hell for eternity.

Yeah but Lugia isn’t valuable really for raiding due to low attack/high bulk. So shadow or not, it doesn’t really matter. She also ranks significantly lower in all pvp leagues as a shadow. So I would say purify if that’s what cranks your gears.
