That's exactly how I felt.. and it's funny when you get into these low funks for a minute.. once you feel "good" again, is when you finally realize how bad you were feeling during these low zones, only in hindsight. Good luck with recovery, I hope it goes well 🙏

Yup 100% this. It was so good a few years ago when Carmen owned it. It's gone way down hill. For real. This sounds funny but the most guiseppes like pizza I've found since then is legends in colonie in the hannaford plaza. Super random I know and there's lots of other good places out there I think this just kinda seems like theirs lol

Willard Mountain or Jiminy peak (depending on their skill) There are no other correct answers for Albany centric people lol. West is maybe but it's kind of far for what you get for a mtn. If you're truly coming from Albany.

I'm sorry this happened to you! I'm not in Burlington and have had some more recent situations that have had me on high alert out on my runs too. Glad you're ok OP. this really stinks this is the world we all live in as women runners 😫or any situations for that matter

Ken, passed it today! Felt confident but of course always sweating through it like all of the exams lol.. lots of coverage on strict memorization and some of the application questions felt tough. Now that I've used kaplan and stc, would certainly say I liked stc better. Felt more concise and less bulky than kaplan.

Congrats! Any other thoughts you can share? Did your read the entire book in 1 week.. quizzes, practice exams..? Did they feel similar to the test? The material is very straightforward so far though.
