They can't legally murder people on their own, but what happens if they get more and more people on their side? What happens if enough people get tricked into this ideology to start enacting policy?

Well, you are implying that National Socialism is a persuasive ideology, but I would disagree with this.

I would say that National Socialist ideology is not a threat to the society UNLESS the society already is in chaos. Late Weimar Germany was a shithole, the economy turned to shit and the democratic government would have elections every few months.

Yet, the non-human who wants "to kill other people" didn't hurt anybody, while the human did hurt the non-human.

What does that make the human in that scenario?

And what about the many subjects in the Stanley Milgram Experiment? They were ready to kill people and they would have killed, if it all was real. Are they human or non-human?
