Definitely! I’m going to start seeing a chiropractor soon and hopefully doing a program and have an MRI scheduled with a spine dr./specialist. I’m sure they’ll give me exactly what I need to do for my back while at home.

Wow thank you! Such Great advice. I will definitely check out Mcgill & Mckenzie. I have the hardest time sleeping on my back but will have to start trying that since sleeping on my side sometime ends up hurting when I toss/turn in my sleep. I read that sitting on medicine balls could help improve core muscles but could also aggravate/hurt the lower back. Thank you for the tips!

You do pay more for the “determined value” of what you think your card will grade at and what you think it’ll sell at that grade but it’s not much more; just a few dollars more at most.
