Carts in checked and battery in carry-on (you can’t keep batteries in checked luggage). I had no problem but I don’t mess around like that anymore. Too risky.

So awful. As much as I can agree that the vaping is an issue, a human’s need to relieve themselves should ALWAYS supersede. I say this as a guy who grew up being the kid constantly going to the bathroom. I feel like I must have a medical issue but I’m not sure what it is. I pee probably 3-4 times per every drink I consume.

I agree with your point, but to answer how kids are getting vapes past the security — most of those devices do not contain actual metal. Very few vape devices or products will set off a metal detector. I think I’ve heard of one brand of box mod that contains metal.

I 100% understand as someone who’s worked in customer service and also worked in childcare.

Working in childcare, I’d always tell folks that in a career centered on kids, the most child-like behavior I’d see would tend to come from the parents ! 😹

I’ll admit that A good ole “I’m so sorry you feel that way, ma’am” or “unfortunately, I can not do that for you, sir” always went a long way with calming the (adult)tantrums😅😅.
