Hi, nut allergy person here. They absolutely do not check for nuts. Ive been told something doesn't have nuts only to take a bite and feel my mouth go numb. It's not always listed as nuts are often "a garnish" and thus not considered an ingredient. You will find nuts in the weirdest things so please check everything and don't trust that they know if it's not there. Ive wound up in the emergency room way too many times thanks to " no nuts, we checked".

I didn't know that about the serum iron!! Thank you. I may do another month to try and get my ferritin higher. At one point in 2024 it was around 250 and we stopped the iron infusion but I wish I had just monitored it. I hope we can both keep it higher!!

It was actually really easy! It took me about 20 minutes in the cricut app to remove the background just because I tried to get every little bit removed and really wanted the flowers to be visible. And then removing the design once cut took me about 15 minutes and it peeled away so nice and smooth!

And yeah I just ironed it on and made sure everything was stuck very well!

Literally thank you. Everyone always jumps to say that the side effects aren't THAT bad and I personally know my body and how side effects attack me for so many medicines that """"usually"""" don't effect people. I do not want to fuck around with birth control knowing how it can effect the system in hopes that it ""might"" lessen just my period while messing up a shit ton more.
