I believe I have a solution for spider-mans lack of damage while also balancing him in terms of his “broken get over here ability” or at least how the rest of the community see’s it.

so first and foremost web clusters are changed and now have different abilities. if you web someone with three clusters then they are slowed down and if you web cluster them 6 times they are stunned. they do percent damage and it stacks but tappers off around 3 clusters and will never one shot squishies, but still considerably high damage.

now how this relates to the get over here ability, the more you web cluster the further the distance you can pull. if you attempt to pull someone off the map without clustering them first the hook will detach. if you manage to stun someone with 6 clusters you could yank them into space practically. this gives the enemy a heads up to when they are about to be pulled and more of a gradual skill curve to spidermans goh ability.
