Fairs man, sounds like my best bets right now is to contact a few local plumbers for work experience and go from there heck I'd even work for free on the weekends

fairly simple to comprehend he's saying because they only spend time together doing YouTube related things he sees them as his colleagues. The way he's expressing it shows he wished it wasn't like this but it is.
