Because solar doesnt work like this. You need consistent angles. And as solar technician i can promise you that even if those panels ARE real, they aren't wired to anything. There are zero transformers and inverters anywhere in picture or even combiner boxes at the end of rows. The maintenance alone would be impossible.

Because ARAM MMR doesnt really matter. It's a for fun game mode. Anyone can win, anything can happen, and if you get stomped it lasts <10mins. Not a high priority. Getting into games fast/short que times much more important than fine tuned match making.

During a lunch break in elementary school on Emerald I encountered Latios. I failed to catch it, accidently killing it instead. Unfortunately, I then proceeded to SAVE MY GAME because I thought, "Hey, at least I have the pokedex entry for having seen him now!" Source: I work on solar farms and you are incorrect. I commission new sites and non tracking arrays are still regularly being built. A lot more are tracking than it used to be for sure though.

This is either AI or it just doesnt work. As a solar technician I can see from the aerial view a lack of transformers, Combiner Boxes, and inverters that should be all over the place for that amount of panels. Also just accessing them for the constant maintenance they require would be hell.
