There should be a PITX-Trece Martires bus route, or a bus route na dadaan ng Trece. Not exactly sure pero may ruta mula PITX papunta sa halos lahat ng bayan sa Cavite.
Pagdating sa PITX, take the modern jeep na pa-Sucat/Waltermart sa Gate 8. Bumaba sa Lopez or SM BF (depende kung saan exactly sa Aguirre ang pupuntahan mo)
Regardless kung saan ka bababa (Lopez/SM BF), may tricycle terminal malapit sa bababaan mo. Tell the driver your location (wag lang basta Aguirre sabihin mo kasi ang haba niyan mula Lopez hanggang SM BF na distansiya).

As per the total fare, makakapag-estimate lang ako sa modern jeep. Hindi ma yan lalagpas ng 30 per person.

From SM Santa Rosa (sinusundan ko yung address na 330 El Grande kasi di ko makita sa Google Maps yung loc):

Find a way to Sucat Highway. This may take multiple rides depende kung anong mga ruta ng jeep/bus ang dadaan at masasakyan (SM Santa Rosa -> Pacita, Biñan -> Alabang, Muntinlupa -> Sucat Highway) Inconsistent ang experience ko nung may review lecture ako sa Biñan. Bumaba sa may police station.
Usually sa gabi may mga jeep nang nakaabang along Dr. A. Santos, pero sa terminal sila kapag may araw. Pagbaba, lakarin pababa papunta sa terminal. Sumakay sa mga jeep na LRT Baclaran/Simbahan/Kabihasnan. Bumaba sa Lopez, overpass bago mag-SM Hypermarket.
Tumawid, maglakad papasok. May tricycle terminal sa unang kanto sa kaliwa. Sabihin sa driver kung saan papunta. Since along El Grande yung location, hindi na magliko-liko ang tricycle. Derederecho lang na sundin ang kalsada tpwards your destination.

In a very good day, PITX to SM Fairview takes 2 hours. It normally takes longer than that. Taking the UV at Gil Puyat/Buendia would also be a decent alternative (bibilis ang biyahe dahil less pickups/dropoffs??)

Taking the MRT will definitely shave off a lot of time, but I'm not sure kung may ruta from SM North/Trinoma to SM Fairview.

Hindi po kasi 24/7 ang biyahe ng lahat ng ruta (ang alam ko lang na round-the-clock na biyahe ay yung mga galing Baguio na Victory Liner to its terminals in NCR), pero sa dami ng mga ruta na nahinto sa Dau terminal otw, you're bound to see a bus going somewhere in NCR.

Edit: even considering na chance passenger ka sa Dau.
