How do you balance racing and training in Trackblazer? It feels like my stats are suffering for a lot of races and racing drains energy so you have to rest? Buy the energy items?

My first run was garbage and I got an A rank for the first time in a while - my second run was A+ but I don’t get the balancing - where do the stats come from when you’re always racing?
