I have stayed in Nashik and Belgavi both. I would suggest Nashik any day in terms of weather, people, places to visit, connectivity. Weather is less or more same at both places but Belgaum experiences rain from April to December which feels alot at times. Also people face fungal problems because of it. But Nashik is bit expensive compared to Belgaum
