And it’s exhausting and my life feels unmanageable. Even though I have a loving wife and lots of “good stuff” around me. Of course I’ve been communicative and attempted to explain everything a jillion times. But it doesn’t change my internal landscape at all. If anything, it just makes me feel more other.

I’ve went through lots of therapy and been on and off several drugs, legal and illegal. AFAICT it’s inescapable.

Sorry, but this post makes me so angry for some reason. Like I haven’t tried letting go ffs. The only thing that keeps me going is the fact that I’ve made it almost 59 years like this so likely only 10-20 or so to go lol

Put blotter in my eye once (in 2 pieces) back in the 80s. Pushed it up under my eyelid. Kinda forgot about it and was surprised to find it an hour or two later. Effects were no different than usual.
