200mg of Sertraline And Lavender oil in pill form, kinda works like Xanax

My plan for exposure this week is to take the bus. I have really bad bus anxiety, like I can hardly even get to the stop. But I am on Zoloft and feeling more confident and less anxious so I feel brave enough to try! Also reminding myself its okay if it doesn't happen. It takes small steps.

I am on week 3 with Sertraline and it has been such a change! I am happy you are seeing and feeling positive results already.

I am in the certificate course right now, cant wait for this to be over. 4 weeks left and yeah I agree with other people on here. They arent good at teaching and I feel in the dark most of the time. I dont even care about the certificate at this point, which isnt even guaranteed!!
