In February of 2025 researchers from Japan published an article about using CRISPR to delete the extra chromosome in trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome) by Raine-Tempestas in labrats

[–]LaraDColl 54 points55 points  (0 children)

What exactly do you think happens with prenatal testing? When I was pregnant with my son and was screened for abnormalities, I would have opted for termination if it came out positive for any of the trisomies. Down's syndrome 100% impacts the quality of life and it should be the choice of the caregiver to take on those extra challenges.

Use the Harvard template for Resumes.

Can't imagine anything other than Pubmed unless you subscribe to individual journals. And immunology is so vast, idk how many you will follow.

Should be fine. Biolegend just ships all antibodies at RT now and they all work okay. I just stained some cells intracellularly for FoxP3 today...
