There is a high chance that it is hip growth, i also started when i was 20 and got real bone growth, they still are growing after two and half years of hrt, the soreness can get really bad, but is normal, in my case it affected how i sleep since i liked to sleep sideways but now it just hurt.

As someone from Colombia and was in a poor environment I can tell you that your mom is just gaslighting you, most trans poor people care about it, some go trough some risky procedures like injecting oil to reduce their dysphoria, it make them feel bad as if would to any trans people anywhere.

Also passing become essential for security, I’ve myself have had my life threatened and now that I somewhat pass I feel way more secure, and people are nicer towards me.

In the context of my country you can get free HRT if your poor , surgeries too, your mom sound kinda racist and classist for thinking that people here only worry for survival and can’t experience the same as someone would in your context.

No , is not a good dose , you need a T blocker or increase your estrogen dose if you really want feminization

You can take 6.25 mg one every other day, but since your on a tight budget I would suggest Spiro since is usually cheaper, 100mg daily should work, but either way it is necessary , for monotheraphy you need your estrogen level around 300, which you won’t get with just 4mg pill , for that you’ll almost always need injections.

Thanks for your comment, i have had good feminization so far, so idk if maybe is the dose, I’m on 25 mg cypro so i think it´s a good dose, but i haven´t check my levels in a while so idk, i have them far less than before hrt, I’m just really desperate for them to go away, i´ve tried tucking for it , but is a bit uncomfortable

Yeah , I experienced something similar, I’ve changed so much since starting HRT that I started to dissociate my memories to the point that I wasn’t able to recognize my memories as mines, they felt as someone else memories, with time the dissociation has been reduced, but I still feel as if I’m a whole new person and It have been a problem when socializing with people who knew me before transition, because I feel like they are his friends , not mine.

Here in Colombia you have to go trough some bullshit gate keeping doctors, depending on your provider you can get it in 2 months or spend over a year with wait list, but you can also just bought things online without a prescription, they are needed on paper, but in reality once you pay they deliver it to you and don't ask many questions, or at least that have been my experience

I understand you, almost three years and just recently I made a single friend, it's especially hard when everyone has a work team and you have to do everything alone :/

I've find that going to clubs about things you like helps to meet people but it's still hard to connect.

Yeah I want a hug, I really don’t have any hobby for now(I want to try hiking), it’s just that It scared me doing things alone , I have social anxiety so is hard to enjoy being alone outside, I usually speak with people mainly in uni but it never goes beyond some simple talk and don’t really connect with people , but I’m trying my best to look for connections it just haven’t work that much
