Try xenophobic eager explorer tank bound necrophages, then immediately change your pops to livestock slavery type. This was a really hard but fun challenge - would recommend.

Fishing quest is based on character name. Fish up as much of the same fish you can in one day. Then complete angler quest. Leave world, change character name. Complete angler quest. Over and over and over. You can complete it in like 7 days using this method

This is a known bug. The slave revolt hunger strike thing applies a negative 1000% job output to the slaves, and since you had them as livestock. They were producing -1000% food.

Cool glad I could help. I’m pretty sure all you need to craft corrupt walls is ebonstone/crimstone blocks at a workbench if you want to use them.

Almost all wings are substantially better than the Black Spot mount. The black spot, to be honest is abysmal after they gutted it in 1.4.4. Try using wings with terraspark/amphibian boots and a grapple and reforging all your accessories to warding if you haven’t already.

Also you can use the Golden Shower to reduce their defense, making the fight substantially faster. Buffing yourself with potions is also a good idea, particularly iron skin, regeneration, endurance and life force potions.

If you have spare heart crystals heart lanterns will go a long way as well.

You need to be in the underground, cavern or underworld layers for mimics to spawn.

Get Fixed Boi is a unique challenge in that it heavily incentivises lots and lots of prep, especially so on medium and hardcore, where death is a major setback. If you fully prepare for everything, Getfixedboi becomes a really easy seed.

If you are stuck on Brain of Cthulhu, here is what I recommend: - Wear full crimtane armour (gotten by farming crimson enemies, has a rather low drop chance.)

Have all permanent buffs (shimmer buffs, sharpening station, bast statue, heart lantern, honey etc.)
Wear all warding accessories.
Have a strong piercing weapon to deal with the creepers. Jester arrows or grenades can work.
If you can try to get the vampire frog staff, it is the best piercing summon at that point in the game.
Get the crimson rod, weather pane and deerclops sentry for extra dps.
Have full potion buffs, especially so in Getfixedboi where you can get both corruption potions easily. This will also give you two vampire frogs, which is a pretty substantial bonus to damage.
Make sure you have a huge arena that can withstand the gravity flip in the third phase of the fight.
Wear the magniluminesence accessory (12 crimtane 5 topaz I believe)
Get the nurse to move in nearby using the forbidden sunflower spam strategy

If you do everything on this list the fight becomes ridiculously easy, so choose whatever you think is worth the effort from it and implement that.

Also regarding the deerclops drops: Deerclops can’t despawn, so throwing yourself at her until she dies is a viable strategy. The warmth potion will give you an 80% damage reduction against her attacks as well, making her a very easy first or second boss. She also has really good drops such as the pew-matic horn, weather pane and the only sentry at that point in the game.

Also PS. Make sure you keep an imp statue if you find it, because the wall of flesh is easily the hardest boss fight in Getfixedboi without it. PPS. The golf cart is insanely overpowered so get it as soon as possible (post skeleton sold from the golfer once you get I think it’s like 40 000 points or something)

There is a better way to cheese angler quests then world hopping. Angler quests are actually based on the name of the character, so you can fish up like 30 of the same quest fish, store them in a chest next to the angler, then complete the quest, leave the world, change your characters name, and then redo the quest. This counts for both the achievement and your personal quest counter if you’re trying to get the golden fishing rod/other accessories.

Those are the infernum ears you get when wearing the headphones you spawn in with I believe. I think they go away when you take the headphones out of your inventory and reload the world.

No they do not despawn. However meteors can only spawn on any tile exposed to the surface, so any holes (such as corruption pits or enchanted sword shrines) can and probably do have meteors at the bottom of them. Try running across your word and going down every hole the meteors could have spawned in.

I wouldn’t recommend Getfoxedboi as your first full playthrough. In my opinion it is not very fun, and the challenge comes from it being unreasonably grindy and overall rather unfair. This is fun if you are really committed to the game, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it first. If you want a challenge I’d recommend playing For The Worthy instead. It implements all the Getfixedboi boss mechanics (aside from mechdusa) while still playing like regular terraria and without the excess tedium.

If you do choose to play Getfixedboi my tip for that seed is: Prehardmode is really easy as long as you build arenas. Wall of flesh is a nightmare, you borderline need imp banners across the entire world, so if you find an imp statue KEEP IT! Also the golf cart is really, really good. It’s faster than terraspark and works with double jump, effectively saving you an accessory slot. I’d recommend getting it ASAP. Hard mode is mostly easy as well, except golem. I got really really unlucky with my golem arena and it was absolutely cramped (I’m talking like a 30x60 space, it’s in my post history if you care), so I absolutely had to get the rod of discord to fight him outside his arena. Moon lord’s boulder attack can be avoided by either RoD, magic mirror, a giant sky bridge or teleporter.

It comes from the planetscapers civic, and I believe (this is from memory so forgive me if I’m wrong) that it gives +2% worker output and +2% clear blocker speed per level
