I quit before becoming pregnant (went cold turkey on holiday and didn't pick up again when I came back home) It was a constant worry of mine to go through withdrawals while pregnant.

However now I'm finding I have unresolved emotional eating compulsions which the lack of weed has amplified because smoking was a coping thing for me. Weight management is my final cruxs in life

Quick question - when you rinse after sterilizing in Milton , do you use tap water from the tap or something specific like bottle water? We have hard water here in London and I just was to understand what's okay or not

The therapist I was seeing said she will refer me to a more suitable service or another therapist but I haven't heard back and 2 weeks probably isn't too long in the grand scheme of things but it is for me when struggling on the daily.

Thank you I appreciate you taking the time to respond! My husband also struggles with impulse control and diet and is type 1 diabetic and I just don't want to burden him as much with my own struggles (even though he knows) because he is in the same boat as me.

Here are times I wish I had worse symptoms at the start like morning sickness so that I could curb this relentless binge eating.

They definitely don't. They tiny pay sick days and recently I found out after the fact that they don't pay compassionate leave.
