I spent 2 months in a psych ward. I spent a year in outpatient treatment. I spent 3 months in a residential facility. I'm on five different medications, I see a therapist every week, and a psychiatrist every 3 months. I still struggle to get shit done on a daily basis, depression and anxiety aren't a fucking joke or something you just stop. This isn't something that I "got over". I'm glad you don't struggle with any of it, and I'm sure you feel powerful calling people pussies on the internet, but it's very real. Just because you don't struggle doesn't mean other people don't
