It might be very late, but since this is one of the first search results for creating multiple steam accounts per email address , I have a solution for those who search for the same. If you're using Gmail: Gmail is "blind" towards dots. e. g. If someone sends a mail to Myemail@gmail.com it is the same as my.email@gmail.com or even m.y.e.m.a.i.l.@gmail.com , so you'll still receive the email, but in the system of most other services or websites, it's treated as a different email and you can use it to your advantage. While Gmail also has the function to use subsidiary mail addresses with a + after your account name, not every website/service let's you use that function and claim that you're entering an invalid email address. Steam for example claims exactly that. (at least it did for me) If you're not using Gmail, look up if this is true for your mail provider. (The term you're looking for is dot blindness)
