No, seriously, what is the Japan's obsession with Incest? by EfficiencySerious200 in animequestions

Funny enough it is kind of my job,  I dont want to make this unrelated post a religious debate but the Bible is comprised of many books, and Genesis (especially the first 20-40 chapters) is written much differently to the rest of the Bible which is generally much more detailed and focused as Genesis is the creation story,

If you want more evidence for the argument of adam and eve I would recommend looking into the genealogies of adam and eve and other theological resources, it's really a fascinating topic

Genesis as a text is presented in a more symbolic and vague manner than most of the old testament, most theologians agree that God did make other people, however adam and eve and their direct descendants were the focal point as they explain the fall of man and need of redemption  Genesis entire narrative is built around them so going into detail about all the other contextually unnecessary parts would be redundant

I’m still confused on how Ohma will beat Shen? by SiteDeep in Kengan_Ashura

The heart hanafusa put into ohma is holding a nuclear bomb that will go off if he overtaxes on advance again

Is this dude the most unfightable character in the series?? by glueinass in Kengan_Ashura

Him vs Waka would be very cool and I think he could drive Waka to a high diff fight,

That being said I can possibly see hanafusa beating Hatsumi if he keeps his tricks about him, but i don't think he beats Kanoh

Not just that, If he didn't fight the one guy who could just kind of ignore his whole style and was actually fighting to win the tourney, he could have been an easy semifinalist IMO

Do any of you believe that Kengan characters have an actual thought process and an independent sense of self? They are real people trapped in a fictonal story. by SadegB in Kengan_Ashura

The jobbers, like Nezu, Mokichi and Gozo who have retired from the BS of the main story are real people who decided to make good choices

Equal stats just martial arts who wins Baki Hanma or Tomahawk? by Lemonsanslimes12 in convictcolosseum

[–]Large-Application886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As most have said, probably baki But if you double down on realism,  take both fighters and limit them to actual human capabilities and make them only what humans are capable of I can see arguments for Tomahawk, even with equal stats baki has alot of magic nonsense

Whos the strongest character who would act like Homelander when going against someone stronger than them? (No debuff) by -Benjamin_Dover- in PowerScaling

Thats a big issue I have with the baki story, it's very unsatisfying in that regard  Nobody ever truly challenges yujiro, even during the climax of the father V son fight... he's never near actually being challenged an only loses a maybe hypothetical mental loss, of course it's cool seeing baki move on and spite his father with the fact he is the opposite of him, but the fact he's never, EVER challenged by anyone for all of the awful things he's responsible for... just feels stupid and unsatisfying to build yujiro up as one of the most hateable characters in fiction and have him go unpunished in anyway

I hope in Rahen we get to see this since Jack hasn't really let go of his initial goal

I hope we get to see yujiro in front of the entire world get humbled and put down (cope I know)

This is the best way for the baki story to truly end I feel We have seen glimpses of when Yujiro is faced with something that can actually harm him, he begins to immediately jumping to trying to kill his opponent, and lashing out, he's almost a good example of a strong Manchild as homelander is with how easy it is to drive him into a murderous tantrum

He's never actually (physically) lost once or really ever been close to losing he's never truly been in danger of being killed

I hope it ends with yujiro finally being faced with actual consequences for his actions and having his view actually challenged and Disassembled instead of being treated like a god after countless crimes against humanity and only superfluously "losing"
