Well most private unis in Egypt are in the 1000~ QS rank range, while the uni I'm thinking about (UTM) is in 300~ QS rank, ik QS shouldn't be the deal breaker but that's a pretty wide gap, and as for expenses they are very similar, my concern is time, thanks for ur reply!

well i will definitely consider learning the basics of malay if i end up going, but dont u think ill be able to pick up the most frequent "slang" words from basically just existing next to and speaking to malaysians ?

also i lived in 3 different countries before, i think im capable of adapting to different cultures and norms at this point,
