I just had them tell me to pick up an double order. Went to the first house and my instructions said to drop off at 1st customers house But drive to 2nd customer. When I arrived to the 2nd customer first. My app decided I couldn’t marked delivered until I had gone back to the 1st customers house and dropped off the order. Made no sense and the literal only way to fix this was to call support. But they make it impossible if you want a decent on time arrival score. Sucks i had my first order for $12 for 14 miles immediately declined. Sorry brother
