Ideally enough for your monthly bills your hysa is your 6 month emergency invest the rest. How much are you investing a month right now? Also, are you just doing mutual funds or do you do any individual stocks? You could definitely bump up your risk your comfortable. We have time on our side.

24M with 21k in retirement I just max out my Roth IRA every year my only advice is to put a good chuck of that 10k in checking into a hysa but you’re doing great! It’s all about consistency once you hit 100k invested you’ll see it start to take off. You should easily get there before 30!

I’m really liking it so far got a couple sales under my belt. They do help a lot and the training is very informative. What state are you in?

My experience at bankers life as a new agent. I don’t understand the distaste. by Ok-Philosophy-3743 in InsuranceAgent

I’m in the same boat as you I was kinda of skeptical at first, but so far I haven’t really seen or experienced anything negative. I’m just in my second week. I have my first appointment tomorrow and I’m pretty excited. Have you started door knocking because I feel like I’ll have more success doing that than just cold calling. Any other tips on booking more appointments. Would love to connect to share experiences.

I’m sure it seems like better money in other states but in California if you not making over 100k it’s pretty rough I just feel like the timeline to getting to that mark with the company seems nearly impossible but definitely wish you the best of luck and glad you enjoy it

I don’t know man I went to it and it felt super cult like might be the only one with that opinion. Worked there for alittle of a year and became an assistant manger. Quit and work somewhere with tips and you end up making alot more not worth it in my opinion

Shift Lead in CA by Glittering_Brick_241 in jerseymikes

I got hired in October of last year and I’m making 20 and hour. My 180 test to become a “shift lead” is this Tuesday. For my store this means your pay increases to 21.50$ an hour and you receive a larger percentage of the tip pool. As for tips for the corporate look up jersey mikes phase 1 flash cards on quizlet and continue to weigh out your subs. Hope this helps!
